Francis DouglasSTEWARTPassed away peacefully at home, just a few days after celebrating his 90th birthday on Tuesday 15th July 2025.
Beloved husband to Valerie, cherished father to Kevin, Christine and Paul.
Also a much loved grandfather to Albie, Ben, Jonathon and Jamie.
Doug dedicated over three decades of his career to Rolls Royce & Associates, Raynesway (1961-1992) where he worked as a nuclear engineer.
He also proudly served as Captain of Derby Golf Club in 1987.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday 12th August at Markeaton (Main Chapel) at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only please, however donations in memory of Doug maybe be given at the service these will go on to support The Alzheimer's Society.
